Hand Therapy and Other Services
Hand therapy aids in regaining strength, flexibility, range of motion and decreasing pain for the following conditions:
- Trigger finger
- DeQuervain’s tendinitis
- Carpal tunnel syndrome
These conditions are very common and are often treated non-surgically with great success in a skilled hand therapy program. Patients often continue working while they are receiving treatment. The treatment consists of joint and tendon protection techniques as well as an ergonomic tutorial completed by a certified hand therapist.
