Hand therapy aids in regaining strength, flexibility, range of motion and decreasing pain for the following conditions:

Hand Therapy

These conditions are very common and are often treated non-surgically with great success in a skilled hand therapy program. Patients often continue working while they are receiving treatment. The treatment consists of joint and tendon protection techniques as well as an ergonomic tutorial completed by a certified hand therapist.

Meet the Specialist

Our team includes the only Certified Hand Therapist in the Antelope Valley. Gary Dostalek, OTR/L, CHT, PTA, has been an occupational therapist for over 35 years, working closely with patients to help them regain the use of their hands and arms after the onset of disease, trauma and work-related injuries. Gary has been practicing as an occupational therapist since 1981, specializing in hand therapy since 1995.
